Rockshield Plates, also known as Chromium Wear Plates, are high-performance wear-resistant steel plates engineered to provide superior protection against abrasion, impact, and corrosion in harsh industrial environments. These plates are manufactured by depositing a high-chromium carbide overlay onto a mild or alloy steel base using advanced welding or cladding techniques.

The chromium carbide layer forms an extremely hard surface that significantly extends service life in applications involving rocks, minerals, slurry, sand, gravel, and aggressive materials. Rockshield plates are widely used in mining, cement plants, bulk material handling, power generation, construction, and oil & gas industries.
